Posting early because I have support group tonight and won't be back home until late.

In the interest of full disclosure......

Breakfast - 5oz sirloin
Lunch -  Arby's beef n cheddar, minus half the bun, 1 mozzarella stick (I blame a family member for this one)
Snack - 1/2 chicken quesadilla (I blame myself for this one - hungry and busy/lazy)
Munchies during the day - 2 fun size paydays (they are gone), and 4 werthers hard candy

I'm feeling quite full, so I doubt I will eat anything before bed. Here's the damage with all incidentals (oil, sauce, etc)

Good job on getting rid of half of the bun...I do that too...and sometimes get rid of it all.  Were you upset with yourself for eating all the candy?  Try not to be too hard on yourself.  Tomorrow's a new day!  Take care...hugs,

Thanks. I try where I can, but obviously I'm so not perfect! I try not to get upset with myself no matter what I eat. It's a conscious choice, so no need to beat myself up afterwards. I did that enough for plenty of years. I've just come to the conclusion that I'm a work in progress. I'm not unhappy with my progress at all. Would I love to get down to about 140, yeah, but I've never, ever been that small since about 5th grade, so I can see that it's not going to be part of my current reality unless I make a lot of restrictions. I've never been good with the "can't have" of anything. I will obsess over anything that's off limits, whether I truly want them or not. I do much better just saying I can have whatever and trying to make minor modifications here or there.

Hey Gina, Miss you, Gail and the gang. Been busy, been traveling, been a little down due to no weight loss for 2 months now.  Still hanging in there, still happy with how far i have come, but frustrated as i still have 30-40 lbs to goal.

Sure have missed your smiling face. I wish I had some words os wisdom or advice, but no luck. I think I've lost 2 in the last 3-4 weeks. Guess we just keep plugging away.

I've missed your posts, too, Shirleen. Please don't give up. It is harder for some of us than others. Just a fact of life, but be thankful for all you've acheived thus far!!!!

hey everyone:)

B - plain yogurt mixed with double cream with almonds
L - dhaal (lentils), 2 slices of cheese and baby tomatos
S - 1 slice of cheese, nuts, soy milk
D - stir fry vegetables - broccoli, peas, carrots & baby corn with sauce (double cream, cheese & butter)
S - cheese & milk
S - pistachios

still waiting for the protein shakes.
