For all of you in love with bacon....
NBC featured a recipe with rendered bacon fat mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise is NOT hard to make at home, so look up a recipe and sub some rendered bacon fat if you are so inclined. Having fresh eggs is imperative, however, so maybe source some local, really fresh eggs you can trust.

Home made mayo is the bomb - I've been making it, and then making home made blue cheese salad dressing out of it. Every person who has tried it says it's the best they've ever had.
I've been using olive oil to make the mayo, I'm not sure if I can get over my feeling of bacon fat, lol.
