Lab results feedback needed
Are you taking a prescription drug for the osteoporosis?
When I started mine, my labs for calcium, D and PTH jumped
all over the place and I had only increased my calcium. I think
100K of D3 is plenty. You might want to increase your
magnesium citrate, add boron and vitamin K2.
Good plan to add the protein shake, maybe even 2.

I take a capsule of mag citrate with every calcium dose and I take 6 doses a day. I also take 150mcg of K2-- one in the morning and 1 in the evening for 300mcg a day. I'll be talking to my RD about increasing the K2 this month and see what she says. I take a boron pill with every calcium dose too.

It's supposed to help your system absorb calcium.

Everyone else answered your labs questions but I want to touch
on 2 subjects.
Your TSH (thyroid function) is way too high. The new range from
the Endrocrine society is .3 - 3.0, they dont' make you wait until
you hit over 5.0 anymore. You were too high preop and are
getting higher each time. Being over 4, is definitely way too high.
Are you on any thyroid medication at all? If not, you need to talk to
your Endocrinologist about going on Synthroid. Once you are
on treatment, they try to keep you around 1.0 or as close to that as
possible - that is ideal function. You also need to get your
T3 and T4 levels checked - free and total. You will find if you
go on thyroid medication, you will feel so much better= more
energy, your body temp will be better, your metabolism will
increase, so you will lose faster, your skin will get smoother - if rough
and just plain old feel better.
As far as your diagnosis of osteoporosis? What type of hormone
patch? You should look into Reclast - it is a once per year IV
for osteoporosis. According to my Endo, you need to treat
Osteoporosis as it is first diagnosed to stop the progression
of bone loss. With these drugs you have 5 year window to treat
with them, so you need to do when you need it the most. You want to
catch it before it continues to get worse. Thankfully, your PTH and D
are good. Just something to look into.
