Still trying to find the right combination of calcium, fiber,, liquid and helps (softeners, etc.), but it's more difficult post fissure.

Been looking into different calciums with my family pharmacist and he recommended this. On my phone, so can't paste tge label, but it is 75% citrate, 25% hydroxyapatite with vitamin c, d and magnesium oxide included. Four tablets make 1,000 mg. 250pill bottle is $30 on his shelf, but found at amazon for $17.

Anyone familar with this. I want to try something else cuz tge hydrovy only makes me really gassy so far.

Thanks for your input.

never heard of it. did you do the dissolve test on it to see if it dissolves quckly ?

EDIT: I just looked at it.. there are better products out there. 4 tablets to get 1000mg ? so you would have to take 12-16 just of the calcium a day. Go look at Vitlady's calcium, better deal.
