hi everyone!

B - plain yogurt mixed with double cream, with blue berries and almonds
S - protein shake (30g)
L - 3 peices of chilli paneer (too much sugar and was fried with flour - could not fini**** - not good for my tummy)
S - protein shake (30g)
D - broccoli with cheese and double cream, goat cheese, halloumi, a small bit of a veg sausage (had very little of everything)
S - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn

yeah!! managed to have my 3 protein shakes, but food intake was too little.
