D - fresh tomato w/mayo, new potatoes w/butter and parsley and 3/4 of a bunless Swiss cheese burger
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walk and 20 leaning push-ups

Hi there, missing in action again busy with work and school... Sorry,

1 sugar free ice coffee with soy milk 14 gms
Double protien shake 40 gm
Two piece pizza toppings for breakfast  10gms
Double protien shake 40gm 
turkey bacon wrap half  20gm
6 oz throughout the day almonds 36 gm
Double protien shake 40 gm

Ok dinner will be some kind of fish and another protien shake and I will be finish for the day.

Vitamins morning done
mid morning done
evening will do once I leave work
bed will do latter too

Exercites nothing this week to busy will start back on Sunday 5 day per week!!!!

Hi Gina and everyone,
Tomorrow is supposed to be our last 100+ day...but no rain,
DH is at a meeting and so I'm waiting to fix dinner because I feel stuffed for some reason,

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: small piece of Brok's pizza
S: 2 carbsmart fudge bars
S: couple sips of protein shake
D: plan steak and cesear salad
S: plan protein coffee

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 2ins swimming and water exercises. 20 leaning push ups ( I've been doing these all week and have sore arms.)

I hope you don't try to push dense protein for dinner if you're already stuffed. Nibble on the salad a little and see how it goes.

I ate a few bites of salad and maybe an ounce of steak or a little less, medium rare, and it did fine. Now I'm fixing decaf coffee for a protein coffee.

BTW: your bites, Gina, sounded good.

Not hungry today...

- organic whole milk with morning vites
- Greek yogurt with "superfruit" spread mixed in
- milk with evening pills, few bread n butter pickles to get the pills all the way down
- Ruby Tuesday: ordered the "trout almondine," but it came out waaaay overcooked and gross, so I had about 2 bites. I did eat most of the mashed cauliflower, though, and a few bites of the spaghetti squash (both of which are regular side options on their menu now - pretty cool).
- will have more milk to take my bedtime pills later

Hmm...I think I need to go to Ruby Tuesday's this weekend. Mashed cauliflower is calling my name.

Hi Guys! Happy Friday!!

B: 2 Eggs Over easy
     6 Pieces of Bacon
L: Chicken Caesar Salad
S: Mike & Ike's (1 small package) (36 carbs)
D: 4 Ravioli w/tomatoe sauce (11 carbs)
S: Don't know - probably nothing

I should have a protein shake but I had a petite mal seizure during dinner and I feel exhausted.  I don't know if I can stay up long enough to down a protein shake, but we'll see.

Aw, Sweetie. Take it easy this evening and get some rest. Concentrate on the protein tomorrow.
