EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups

B - plain yogurt mixed with double cream, with a few grapes and almonds
S - protein shake (30g)
L - cheese salad: lots of grated cheese, tomatoes, spinich and double cream
S - pistachios
D - paneer tikka
S - protein shake (30g)

i realise today is the starting of my 3rd month - i still have not started my 3rd protein shake!!! But i promise i will start tomorrow (have everything prepared at my work place).

i hate my weighing scale - how can someone put on 3kg within in one day??!!! that's it! i REFUSE to weigh myself until my next visit with the surgeon!

Add that 3rd protein shake and let's see if that scale comes down. How much you wanna bet it does?

Good Evening :)  I had a late start to my day and a very busy day at work, so I didn't eat much yet.  I need to end my night with a protein shake, though - definitely.

B: 6 pieces of Bacon on...
    1 light Fiber One English Muffin (16 carbs)
L: Chef Salad
D: 2 or 3 ounces of New York Strip Steak
     1/2 cup Cauliflower w/butter
     1 very small baked potato w/more butter
S: Triple scoop protein shake w/decaf coffee
S: Atkin's Indulge bar (either Coconut Almond or the peanut coated one)

Vitamins:
Morning - Late but done
Noon - Done
Evening - Done
Bedtime - Pending.

Hi Gina and everyone,
I've been analyzing why I'm so impatient with my weight loss. First, I think I need to revise my goal up a little. I realize my DS will take me wherever it wants to go. Second, thinking about how I would eat differently. The only things I really any some freedom with is a few crackers to eat with cheese and popcorn. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't change anything,
Just my philosophical musings for the day.

B1: scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon
B2: double protein shake
L: turkey, bacon, Swiss with tomato and avacado on 1/2 WW thin bun
S: 2 carbsmart fudge bars
S: double protein shake
D: pepperoni and Italian sausage Brok's pizza
S: plan protein coffee

Vites/fluids/steroids on track.
Exercites: Mammogram (Does that count?). 20 minutes water exercises.

I haven't had a chance to be on here the last couple of days, but did get everything in.......now today is another story.

My first day out on the run from 9:30AM to 7:45 PM.  My meals and fluids were so scattered and light, i know I didn't get all my fluids and proteins in today.

Did get all vites and walked a lot today.

I'm going to have to learn how to plan for days like this.
 My  is Jewels.  Love her very much!
