I dunno. Maybe I was hoping she might actually READ something and USE the information for a change. Remind me, if you think of it, the next time she appears out of nowhere, so I don't waste time on long, informative posts that she won't read or utilize. She's so "busy," donchaknow.

I'm 5.5 years out and we can set a clock by my every-two-hours-protein-need-alarm!

Not kidding.

Every two hours.  I just had some cheese and some nuts.  I'll need something else soon.

If you will eat more protein and add some shakes you will feel better, want fewer carbs and the weight will keep on coming off.  Also add more water.  But if you are hungry EAT!!!

How were your one year labs?  Are you on VitaLady's vitamin schedule?
