i'm not sure. i know that i get above 60g of protein (as i drink that much a day) - i don't really know how to measure my food (and i also dont cook my food). but my guess is that i get atleast 90g of protein a day.
i'm still trying to increase the protein to 3 shakes a day - it's not happening for various reasons (busy, at work can't have a shake if there is no ice...) ok, i'm being lazy - but because the 3rd month is starting in a few days i am definatly going to start having 3 shakes a day!

- orange chicken (from the cafe in my office building - not a lot of batter/breading, and the sauce wasn't very sweet, so not as bad a choice as I would have thought), fruit and cottage cheese
- green apple Jolly Rancher
- Red Robin: french onion soup (no bread/croutons), 5 mozzarella sticks
As of this morning, scale said 178.5, lowest adult weight EVER.
Are you going to be one of those rare people that loses weight when they're pregnant? Congrats on the WL!
