Ophthalmologist update: 10 more days of tapering down of steroids. Really discouraged but this too shall pass.

A stomach virus has been going around. I've been feeling iffy, but it could just be post-nasal drip. (I hope! I don't want to vomit like my housemate is doing today.)
B- Double protein coffee
Couple bites of Little Debbie Oatmeal cake
L - none yet - planning on Julian bread toast when I get home. (assuming my stomach will accept this as a peace offering.)
D - ??? maybe greek yogurt with SF jello cheesecake mix?
S - planning on another protein shake just so I reach the 100 gram mark even if I can't eat more today.

Vites - AM & noon batches done.
Exercites - none yet.
Fluids - 50 oz water so far.
I have a question for your popcorn lovers - how do you make it? I have a microwave popper but wasn't sure if I should melt butter and then pour over popcorn or just put chunks of butter on top and let it melt itself.
Not planning on this until my stomach is better, but want to know for future reference.

As far as popcorn goes, I can eat a lot of it if I let myself. I didn't eat it the first year but now I have a little snack size bag once or twice a day. I like the butter flavored. If I'm really ambitious at home, I'll pop some and pour melted butter over top.
