Total
1,438 calories
92.9 fat
31.8 carbs
122.9 protein
Protein included the BK California burger (no bun) which had 30 grams of protein and bacon and guacamole. I have to say it was delish. I'm in a no-time-for-cooking mode, although I did manage to cook myself a nice sirloin for dinner with one beet on the side. That was pretty darn good too, now that I have looked up how to properly cook a steak.
A million glasses of iced tea. Flush, flush, flush, flush, flush, flush.
Vitamins all okay. No exercise. In crunch mode on a project.

I'm finding I like my steaks more rare than I used to and better cuts as well. Great numbers for your totals.

Ugh, I tried to cook up some grass-fed (read: expensive) "perfect portion" sirloin steaks last week. I Googled it and everything, and they were just tough and dry, despite still being pink in the center. I ended up only eating one bite of mine. If you have the secret, I'd love to hear it! I've tried steak multiple times and hate to think of the $$ I've ended up throwing away...
