New steroids are awful but help my eye.

Do you have a list of where the vitamins and supplements are absorbed in the digestive system? I will be tweaking my vits when the labs come in, but of course, I hope they are better than 6 months.

Oh, I almost forgot to post my bites! :P
- protein frnch onion soup (organic french onion soup with unflavored protein powder mixed in, topped with melted provolone)
- few bites of the queso blanco wannabe grilled cheese I made for Jeff. It turned out VERY salty even though I fried it in unsalted butter.
- bunch of organic strawberries
- had Chinese delivered: 3 beef cho cho (beef on a stick), some bbq pork, and *gasp* an eggroll
It's about 9pm now, so not sure if I will have anything else tonight. Maybe some more of the pork or beef.
