Labs for the uninsured

I have a friend who is uninsured, and who found a way to get labs done at a decent price.  I haven't tried this, or looked at it, but she's a biotech patent lawyer too, so I think she probably looked into it pretty carefully (these were not for DS labs though, so YMMV) - I assume the prices as self-pay are good:

Here is the info about Life Extensions that I promised you:  http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/Blood-Tests/Once the order is purchased, you can have the blood work done through LabCorp (https://www.labcorp.com/wps/portal/) which has lots of locations in this area.  I have found their techs to be very good (i.e., painless), and you can access your results online.

Life Extension is the company Suzanne Somers has endorsed for years as the source of her supplements ****il she started marketing her own) and it considered to be on the cutting edge of science in the field of anti-aging and longevity. You have to pay a fee to join and get their benefits however but they are very reputable.

You're right - there is a fee to join - I recall my friend did mention that, but that she felt she recouped the cost with just a few blood tests.

I wouldn't touch anything else sold by this company - just access to the blood tests they have negotiated for with LabCorp at very favorable rates for their members.

There is this one as well, which I do use.. I track things my Dr can't push through our crappy insurance as they'd need a dx in order to pay for the labs..
