Where's my card - I made the Century Club!!!! Wooot! PW'ing too!

OMG I can't believe it!!!  I stepped on the scale this morning and I was 151!!!  I have lost 100 freaking pounds!  This is completely insane.  I think the most I've ever lost prior to WLS, at one time, was 35 lbs.  I'm still just in awe of this surgery - and its been 9 mos.

I'm 5'7" and I have 140 for a goal but, let me tell you, if I never lost another pound, I'd be ecstatic about where I'm at right now.  I'm at the point where I'm not consciously trying to lose.  Yes, the losing has dropped off quite a bit and I spend more time at one weight but then, to my surprise, I'll step on the scale and another few pounds are gone.

Protein and vites are my focus but I do have some carbs.  When i say carbs I mean simple carbs.  I eat plenty of veggies and some fruit but I do stray now and then and will have a few oreos or a hershey bar.  Granted, I eat them strategically when no one is around to have to smell the gas later on!

I learned early on to never trust a fart.  I did have my few sharts and you learn quickly but those days are past!  Gas is gas and poo is poo.  But I could probably fart better n' any man!  LOL  Holy cow.  I'm kinda proud of my farts!

Anyhow, here's what 100 pounds gone looks like!

Few weeks prior to surgery - around 250 lbs.


Me a few weeks ago - around 154


For once, I'm proud of me!!!

C - thanks so much!  Most days I'm still in shock that I'm as thin as I am but I'm loving it.  That's my niece and my mom.  In the before pic is my little man who is now 6.

Thanks Doc!  Its amazing what a change we make physically through this journey.  How's the wifey doing?  I don't get on here as much as I'd like and I've missed her updates!
