Well, I'm starting on stronger steroids for my eye. .
Gina, are you ready for the storm? When is it expected there?

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: protein shake
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, tomato, avacado, carbsmart fudge bar
S: deviled egg
S: 1/2 double protein shake
D: a chicken strip and a few waffle fries
S: plan protein coffee if I'm hungry

Vites/fluids/steroids: on track
Exercites: 20 min pool exercises

Dang! I'm sorry to hear your eye isn't better. We should be ready tomorrow morning after we go to the grocery store and see what's left. Couldn't get close to the store this afternoon.  I think the worst should be through Sat night and early Sunday. We've cleared the patio and I have extra water on hand.

Yea, the eye thing is a real pain, literally. As I've decreased the steroid dose, the discomfort, etc has increased. I take this new stuff for 3 days then see him on Tuesday. Do you think it's from my DS?? Hahaha

hello:)

i just stated my calcium and iron today - alas i vomited quite a few times when i had the iron pills:( 
i didn't get to have my 3rd protein shake as i had my breakfast at 1pm (lmy tummy was resting)

B - protein shake (30g)
L - chilli paneer (indian cheese) and mung dhaal (lentils)
D - half a veg soya burger, and chilli paneer
S - protein shak (30g)
S - will have some almonds before i take my night time medicines.

i'm going to start the gym tomorrow morning with a personal trainer - yeah! i'm so excited:D just realised i have no trainers to wear!

Start the iron very slowly. Are you on Vitalady's Tender iron?  What I had to do was sneak up on it. One capsule for about 3 days, then add a second, then a third, etc. It took a little over a week to get all the iron in I was supposed to take.
 
Good luck at the gym tomorrow. Remind him/her you just had abdominal surgery so they don't push you too hard.

i'm 2 months out - is it ok to have buttery popcorn everyday? or is popcorn more like a treat that i should have once in a while? i would like to have it everyday!

I didn't have popcorn very often until after I hit goal. If you want it and control how much you eat at one time, try a little but wait and see how you do on a little before you try it more often. It is carby, so watch the scale if you decide to eat it more often.

i did think having loads of popcorn was too good to be true.

yes, i'm taking vitalady's iron capsules - will definalty take steps and build it up.
