I've looked through the other responses and this one isn't there yet...
We fry it for a couple of minutes to sear it, then cover it with cream of mushroom soup and let it simmer on low for about a half hour. The combination of the soup and the slow, low-temp cooking helps make it really tender and cuts the gamey taste. Enjoy!

You all are the best!! I did google it and I'm pretty sure your alls recipes are not only just as yummy but def easier!! I like easy!! I am not a gourmet cook by any means but I do try to make good healthy meals...fortunantly I am getting recipe ideas off OH that my kids and I can all enjoy. Thanks bunches.
