EXACT same menu as yesterday. How boring. Even down to the extra large unsweetened iced teas to get in the fluids.
Right now I don't have time to cook (horrible, once-in-a-lifetime-timecrush), so I have to do drive through, and I'm still a little wawa about having fast food double cheeseburgers no bun (not from a major chain, tho) be an okay "health food." Caprice is trying to convince me. I order them two at a time with a coupon and eat the second one cold. Just slowly.

Bunless cheese burgers are health food as is Wendy's chili. Don't worry about boring, my young grasshopper, I'm so boring even my friends can rattle off my typical menus. I've never been a foodie so food variety isn't a big deal to me. It's nice to see when people post and can be creative but it's not all that important unless it's important to you.

Heh.  Fat and protein, girl!  It's what we need.
I, too, would like to figure out a way to keep food warm, though.  There's just no way, early out, to eat fast enough to enjoy it warm.  And, cold, it's just not all that enjoyable.
Gonna keep thinking about that.....

Well, I'm plugging along I have lost 85 pounds hoped I would have reach 100 by now but no luck. Now I am just praying that I can get the last 66 pounds off. I know our window is still open so I have to make sure I am doing everything I can to make it. I have started back in the gym and we will see if that works.
