today i was double bad:(
B - protien shake (30g)
L - tofu curry and chilli paneer (indian cheese kind of thing), and a packet of crisp (13g carbs)
S - baked beans and 1 veg sausage
S - 1 small apple pie with lots of double cream (my first sweet/desert since the surgery)
D - very little chilli paneer
S - popcorn
S - protein shake (30g)
i don't know why i ate the apple pie! i guess i needed energy - i felt a little sick when eating but carried on until it was all gone:(

I'm late tonight.....out with a friend.
Still hungry, so increased the shakes and the scale moved down!?!?! My eye is still bothering me, so may check in with the doctor tomorrow.
