D - V8, baked fish and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

today i was double bad:(

B - protien shake (30g)
L - tofu curry and chilli paneer (indian cheese kind of thing), and a packet of crisp (13g carbs)
S - baked beans and 1 veg sausage
S - 1 small apple pie with lots of double cream (my first sweet/desert since the surgery)
D - very little chilli paneer
S - popcorn
S - protein shake (30g)

i don't know why i ate the apple pie! i guess i needed energy - i felt a little sick when eating but carried on until it was all gone:(

Maybe you could have a protein shake mid afternoon to help you with sweet cravings. Sometimes it helps and it might help the energy too.

we started preparing for irene.  cleared off our deck.  chairs, table, umbrella and flower pots are put away.

double protein coffee
tuna w/ sliced tomatoes
potato chips - yeah, this was my breakfast
cashews
chinese take out - chicken 'n' cashews
egg drop soup
dark chocolate almonds
double protein coffee
grilled chicken
wild rice
green beans
fresh tomato slices w/mayo
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  all in
fluids:  kinda light today - 70 oz

Yep, us too. Everything into the garage tonight, grocery shopping early Sat morning and batten down the hatches for the rest of the weekend. Y'all take care.

Hi Gina and everyone,
I'm late tonight.....out with a friend.
Still hungry, so increased the shakes and the scale moved down!?!?! My eye is still bothering me, so may check in with the doctor tomorrow.
Gina, be careful with this storm coming.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, tomato, avacado, carbsmart fudge bar
S: pecans
S: double protein shake
S/D: spinach salad, inside of 2 small deli sandwiches , deviled egg
S: shake cake

Vites/fluids/steroids all in.
Exercites: Swam for 20 min. Housework.
