Hey there ok I think I can do this. I had a pretty good day and eatting was on target until I got home and I had three onion rings and 4 french fries. The rest of the day was pretty good so here we go; 

B: 40 gm double scope protien 4 strawberries 
      8 gm 1 cup soy milk
S  20 gm ham and salami with cream cheese
 L: 40 gm double protien 4 strawberries
       8 gm 1 cup soy milk

Second L: 48 gm ham salami low carb wrap two slices of cheese
S: 5 gm hot dog
dinner: 6 oz steak not sure how many grams of protien and that is when I had the carbs
L: 40 gm double protien 4 strawberries
     8 gm 1 cup soy milk

vites done with all batches
exercites
65 min elliptical and 32 min on the bike burned 1010 calories (I don't think it works for us like that), Any way tomorrow is a rest day and boy do I need it. So how do you think I am doing should I eat more protien? I don't think I can fit anything else in but let me know what you think.
