B - 4% fat cottage cheese w/ pickles
chai tea protein iced latte
S - Protein coffee
L - Smoked albacore tuna on Killer Dave's toast (Oh man was that good!)
S - Greek yogurt scooped up with peach and mango slices
S - an "Oh yeah" bar
D - Pulled pork on a sourdough roll
S - cheese slices on whole wheat Ritz crackers (I have 6 kinds of fancy cheese, and I'm trying them ALL)
Vitamins all done
Calcium, some down, some to come (I take TONS due to genetics causing high oxalate/low citrate, causing kidney stones, so calcium every 2 hours to help)
Exercise will be a dip in the lake, which will be about 30 minutes of hardish swimming (hubby is still recovering from a multiple broken leg, so he floats on a tube like a blob, and I pull the blob out and around a distant floating dock and back, several times)
