I think that sounds fine.

My endo also only increases synthroid 12.5mcg at a time.  Takes forever to get the sweet spot.  Drives me nuts too!  But, seeing where they are coming from, hyperthyroid tends to be a lot more dangerous than hypo and they really don't want to be responsible for that happening.

The D2 certainly won't HURT.  I don't think it's appropriate for us, really, but it's cheap and it'll make her happy and won't hurt you, so I'd probably just go ahead and take it.  Plus, without lab results, we don't really even know if you are deficient or not yet.

Good news on the B-12.

I disagree with her on the ferritin, but 68 isn't HORRIBLE.  It's kinda one of those numbers where you don't really infuse, but there's room for improvement, you know?  Can't say I think one extra iron cap is going to reverse the trend, though.  Have you considered adding proferrin in addition to the tender?
