When posting for lab advice

The lab experts here are great. But please make their job easier by posting all the information they need when you post your labs!

Post your previous labs along with your current labs. Why? So they can look at your trends and help you ward off problems BEFORE they get too bad.

Post all your labs? Why? Because they are so interdependent. Please don't just post the labs that are marked as out of range. Post ALL of them.

Post the lab ranges. They vary from lab to lab.

Post the current vitamin and protein regimine you are on. Why? So they can tell you how to adjust it!

This will make the advice you get BETTER and FASTER and will save alot of people from having to ask you for more information!!

And post the ranges!!  We don't have them memorized and they vary lab by lab.
