Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I want to take a minute to thank all of you for the support, prayers, swinging critters, and just plain caring about me while I went through these surgeries.
If my Hiatal Hernia wouldn't had been so large, I would never had done it at the same time as the DS, but it was, and I did, and now I have to recuperate from it all.
Not only do I have the best Angel in the world, I also have the best friends who phoned to check on me on a regular basis. I got the best support from Julie, Ginger, Ruby, and Nika.
I will post more tomorrow, have a lot to catch up on with the boards.
Love to all of you!

JJ, can't wait to share this experience with you! You'll do great. What helped the most in the hospital was to use the breathing spirometer every chance I could, sip on my fluids, and walk the halls. You don't have to be a super athlete, just walk a couple of laps at a time if that's all you feel like doing, just do it it as often as you feel you can.
Pain control is a big issue. Stay on top of it and the nurses to make sure your pain is under control at all times.....like my Angel Julie said, don't be a hero, it will only cost you in the end.
