Drove the MGB to work today. What gorgeous weather! A little shaky around 2PM but all good.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/strawberries and peaches and a protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - NC BBQ sandwich w/coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

hi everyone.  traveled for work today.  too much going on, kinda messed me up on eating and taking my vites. 

double protein coffee
beef jerky
egg salad
cashews
dinner was:  bbq short ribs in the crock pot.  so yummy and falling off the bone
rice
peas
will have a protein coffee before bed

vites:  hopeful to get everything  down the hatch by bedtime
fluids:  64oz by bedtime.

Gina, sounds like y'all had a little exciement this afternoon. I was thinking of you.
The eye pain is gone, but the steroids make me HUNGRY!

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: 1/2 thin WW bun with turkey and cheese, avacado, tomato
Carbsmart fudge bar
S: handful of pecans
S: deviled egg
D: Brok's pizza
S: probably shake cake or protein coffee

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: Swam for 20 minutes. Off for mall walking tonight.

We sure did. Son#2 is telling us all about how his building swayed and shook. lol
 
Hang in there with those blasted steroids. Don't make yourself sick trying to eat. I'm glad your eye is better though.

Gina - lad to hear that you are okay despite the rocking and rolling in VA.

DS 'honeymoon'
B - Double protein coffee,  Julian bread with 3 ounces melted swiss
L - 1/3 Trader Joe's crabmeat stuffed flounder fillet - I wasn't enjoying it; later had Strawberry pop tart.
D - Planning on a burrito made with carnitas, cheddar, sour cream, on low-carb tortilla.
S - Maybe?  Jullian bread, couple ounces Safeway Spinach dip that needs to be nommed.
Bedtime - will do a Syntrax nectar shake with last batch of vites.

VITES:  morning, afternoon, & evening batches done.  Night batch pending.

EXERCITES : 35 minutes on elliptical trainer after work.

Noreen - how is Sugar Bear???  Is your S/O taking care of her while you are away on business?

Hi there,

I will be posting again but it will be a day late due to me being to busy at night so here I go. Since my labs were so bad i will be on vitaladys plan and praying that my levels come back up in the next three months befor another draw. What do you think about doubling up on vits to help get levels up?
Morning: 

40 g double protien shake with 5 strawberries 5 carbs
15 g  bacon
5 g    sausage
40g double protien shake with 5 straberries 5 carbs
30 g Chili extra cheese 20 carbs
14g salami and cream cheese
21 g Peanuts
40 g double protien shake with 5 Strawberries
20g Chicken breast
14g Nuts.

Sugarfree candy about 2 servings (blew everyone away!!!!!)

Working hard on protien but I think I need to add some veggies today!!!!

vites done
Exercites: 30 min elliptical 60 min bike

Weightloss nothing for a long time and the stall continues!!!! hoping that upping the protien helps and of course leaving the carbs behind!!!

I think you might want to just take Vitalady's basic plan and see where you are in 3 months. What things were out of range on the low side?

My iron was low which is normal for me I have been like that off and on all my life. My zinc, A, K, D and I beleive my calcium which I have begun to correct all of them already. So had to purchase some thing and finishing up some of the vites i already had too. I am trying to under stand why we can't take certian types of iron do you know?
