I'm tired of screwing with that damn health widget.
 I've lost 125 pounds to date!!!!

I enjoy cups of tea as well...prefer the ones I get from a friend of mine in the UK but they are very hard to obtain here stateside. So I do what I can.

I even own a beautiful (my opinion) ceramic teapot.

So please Presminister Kirmy, may I and my dh (cbramsey5898) have postions as well...your choice as to what they are.

Almost every urologist in the country--well, THIS country--will tell you to avoid tea because it is considered a culprit in the formation of calcium oxalate kidney stones.  Just sayin'.

My kidneys are made of precious metals and as such are unaffected by tea......but just in case I drink decaff everything......
