***Monday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
OK I am ready to break my stall and get into ONEderland- I haven't been behaving (too many carbs) for a few weeks so I take the blame. But today is a new day & I will be 60 in a few weeks and I want to get to ONEderland!
roast brisket 25 ( i guesstimate the ounces)
small amount of barbecue sauce
cheddar cheese 10
protein Special K cereal 10
Half & Half 5
protein Champion chocolate shake w /Half & Half 30
mixed nuts 15
Steak 30
2 sm slices thin sliced garlic bread with butter
working on vites & water all day everyday . . . no exericse today- tho am more active on my feet now
125 grams protein
carbs under 50

89 degrees and sunny yesterday, 60 and rainy today gotta love Washington weather lol... I have been busy had some car drama etc...
Started SPIN class friday, thought that was tough my butt hurt, but decided to stick to it...went today... OH MY GOSH!!!! The instructor kicked my BEHIND!!! I bought a gel seat which helped like 100x over... I am pretty sure I sweat out the weight of all 3 of my children combined...I got a little dizzy during, slowed down and took some breaths...
What should I eat before a work out to keep blood sugar levels good (I tend to get a little hypo)
2 days in a row taking all my vites on time
2 protein shakes, bacon, chicken, tons of water, now I am nomming on leftover roast I have a bowl full like 10 oz lol...

I would have a cool protein shake before and after spin class and keep some peanut butter crackers on hand just in case you feel like you're getting a little hypo. Excellent job keeping the clear fluids going. We tend to dehydrate really easily.
