Liver (the kind you eat lol)
My mom use to make the best liver and onions ever. Holy smokes was it good. I haven't had it in years. She would make this amazing gravy and they would be smothered in caramelized onions and then served over rice. I wonder if I can have her make it and use coconut or soy flour instead of regular white flour.
