B1: double protein shake
B2: bacon, fried eggs
L: deviled egg, Swiss cheese, fresh peach
S: half of a double protein shake ( decided I was full)
D: one meatball and a couple of bites of dreamfield's spaghetti
S: made LC cheesecake for DH, may have a piece
Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites : 1.5 mi mall walk

HI Guys, went out for the day and had lunch in a beachside place, very nice!!
B - low carb wrap with egg salad, pepperoni and cheese, breve venti latte
L - peel & eat shrimp, a couple of coconut shrimp, vodka and soda
S - venti latte with a blueberry scone (gave me gas - not cool!)
D - cheese cubes, pickles, liverwurst and garlic cream cheese on crackers, diet coke, some cinnamon bun ice cream

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
