Hi Gina and everyone,
Spent 5 hours in the medical library doing decertification "stuff". Was hungry by the time I got home and feel like I've been eating everything in sight since then.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: string cheese
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, tomato, avacado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: deviled egg
S: double protein shake
S/D: 2 chicken strips, 1 waffle fry, 2 sips diet coke. (OMG!!!)
S: who knows......

Yes, but in a weird way. Concerned about finding a job but on the other hand, don't want to give up my "retired lifestyle". At my age I will not go back to working 12 hour shifts in a hospital. Also, I was keenly aware, while reading professional literature today, that my interests have changed dramatically.

Now I'll shut up.

i don't have many "off" days.  today i was really off my game.  felt yucky all day.

double protein coffee

4 bites of tuna salad

left over grilled chicken strips (maybe 2 oz)
handful of pistachios
double protein decaf coffee

FYI - Amber Lyn sugar free chocolates are da bomb.  I got some online awhile ago, but recently they were at Costco doing a road show.  So my stash is replinished.   I love that they have many dark chocolate options.
