- 4 ham n cheese rollups dipped in mayo
- the tops off of 2 slices of pizza (sausage and extra cheese)

I haven't had much on any day recently. I feel sharp, urgent hunger pangs at times, but then a few minutes later, I just feel nauseous, and then it all goes away, and I feel normal again. I force myself to eat some breakfast before I leave the house (thank goodness eggs sit well) at about 5:30-6am, and then I don't really have anything else until about 12-1pm when I force myself to eat something for lunch. And then I come home and force something for dinner! Even if I feel hungry in the car on the way home, I can walk into my kitchen and just feel icky and not want to eat. I'll talk to my OB about it at my appointment later this morning. I'm hoping this will pass as I transition out of the first trimester.

I hope you get some relief from the nausea. I had a terrible time with it for much longer than the 1st trimester. You have to be able to eat and drink. Not negotiable!

 I don't post often but sometimes get the urge to show how eating can be at 3.5 years out and maintaining.

B~ coffee....30 minutes later 2 scoop protein shake

L~ Arby's roast beef sandwich... minus half the bun and curly fries, diet dr. pepper

S~ 2 scoop protein shake

S~ 3 coors lite

D~ 3 egg ham & cheese omelette topped with salsa and half of a buttered bagel

S~ probably another protein shake

Hi Gina and everyone,
103 today. That makes 48 days this year (50 is the record) and to be 106 tomorrow. Ugh.
Boy, Gina, that Reclast threw me for a loop. I felt horrible for about 36 hrs,...fine now.

B: bacon, double proton shake
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, tomato, avacado

D: grilled pork, few bites of cesear salad
