I'm glad you're feeling better now. I was talking to our client at work yesterday and she was taking Boniva and having terrible pain every month with it. She's stopped taking it and is only taking a couple of calcium carbonates in chews. I had to fuss. lol

We had thunder storms all night with rain. I think we might be getting your heat and our humidity back this coming week. ugh!

double protein coffee
corned beef hash w/poached egg
almond meal muffin w/ butter & honey
roast beef croissant sandwich w/ fresh tomato & mayo (only ate 1/4 of the croissant)
pickle
5 or 6 steak fries
assorted nuts
small mango water ice
grilled ny strip steak  - i ate the entire steak.  took 1 hour - 48 grams of protein baby!!
corn w/butter
handful potato chips
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  missed late afternoon batch
fluids:  90+ by bedtime

Good job planning around dinner dessert. Hard to believe there are so many carbs in a Sweet and Salty. Good thing there's fiber in them too.

So I had 2 protein coffees, some shrimp veggie thing, now I am having some fish filets (no breading) and will have some other meat...

I need to know something, (sorry guys) I have figured out my stalls (a little) I always go up about 3 lbs, and stall for about 2 weeks WHEN its my TOM...does anyone have ANY advice for this? Only losing 2wks per mo 3-10 lbs is consistent but frustrating, I'd love to bust this pattern of period gain and no loss whatsoever...HELP anyone??

I don't think you can do much about it. Just focus on the big picture that you're still consistently going down on a monthly basis. For women, it's completely normal to retain some extra fluid around your period - you can't ditch the hormones, so you likely can't ditch the cycle!

My recommendation? Only weigh yourself once a month.

I think it might be your losing pattern. Everyone is kind of different in that department. Your Bites look fine.
