I had a little achiness when I started the stuff I'm on. It didn't last more than a few days. I hope you get to feeling better quick. Good for you on the jeans!

I think we need pictures of the prancing Yorkie princesses.

Happy Birthday! I hope you will be able to do something fabulous tomorrow.

Still not eating enough...down 5 pounds in just over a week.

- 2 eggs scrambled with some heavy cream, topped with cheese
- 4 slices deli ham (microwaved!) rolled up with 4 slices deli thin Swiss cheese, dipped in canola mayo
- cooked steaks for dinner, but they weren't very tender, so I only had 1 bite and gave the rest to Jeff. Ate all my baby brussels sprouts, though!
- just ate the toppings off of 2 slices of pizza (extra cheese and sausage)
- and then I had a small dill pickle to chase my evening batch of vites  :)

Hi ladies.

BITES:  (Evidently I'm in DS Stall mode rather than DS loss mode.  Aaarrggghhh.)
B - Double protein shake with half & half
      2 Babybel cheeses
L - guts from 1/3 of a carnitas burrito - carnitas, beans, sour cream, cheese.  (no rice)
S - Peanut M & M's  (yeah, I know - 26 carbs right here!)
D - Jack in the Box Ultimate cheeseburger w/out bun.
S - Syntrax lemon tea                                                           Roughly 70 net carbs, 160 protein

Vites:  on track, bedtime pending.
Exercites:  planning on mowing lawn and some kind of cardio for 30 minutes.   I pulled a ligament in my hip somehow last week and it will take some time to heal.  I'm kinda bummed because I was doing the Couch to 5K training with the hope of running a 5K on 9/10.  My massage therapist said it feels like there is extra room "now that the area isn't so packed with the extra fat that kept it taunt" and thinks this may be why it was injured.
