VITAMIN K...did I miss something?

Hi everyone!! Had a quick question regarding Vitamin K...I was ordering from Vitalady and used a list of the Vitamins found on here and placed a BIG order and realized that I only ordered dry A, D and E....I noticed after the fact that the list didn't show Vitamin K....should I contact Vitalady and add the K on my order or leave it? I noticed there are a few people not taking K, am I putting myself in danger by not taking the K?

any advice would be fantastic and thank you :-)

K1 was added to the basic list in 2010. You might want to give them a call and ask them to add 1000mcg vitamin K1.

There's just 1 capsule per day listed on the schedule but you may want to discuss that with your doc or dietitian when they can go over your labs with you. You're not on blood thinners, right?

I take both K1 and K2.

yes order your K! I ran out and didnt notice and my labs came out low on K. . And recently I seemed to be experiencing  some sort of electrolyte imbalance and almost dehydrated so I felt it was related somehow to also being low on potassium in my labs too. I orderd K1 and K2 after reading all I could find on them as I think many things work in sync with one another and tho I cant completely comprehend it all I realize there is a reason for all the things on the VITALADY list.
