wow, 1/4 # a day.  i never did the math.  that really is great results.  thx for putting it in perspective. 

Congrats and who said we had to be the fastest at anything, I think its all on our time frame.. Way to go!!

i know, i am so bad about taking pics of my wl.  i have one from my highest weight and just a few have been taken from then on.  nothing recent.  i really should post pics. 

i have to tell you, on my frige is 2 recipes.  they are titled "julie's ricotta fluff" and "julie's ricotta pancakes"  thank you so much for sticking around and paying it forward.

WOW, Noreen!! Thanks for posting this. I really needed to hear this. I was close to your starting weight, close but higher. I have lost 121lbs so far. I'm 11 months out. I still have 64lbs to lose as my goal weight is the same as yours. To see that you accomplished this makes me feel hope. I read on here month to month, year to year and see people reaching goal 9, 10, 12, 18 months out and I think hummmmmm. You have really made my day. Congrats on reaching goal and thank you for sharing in your success.
