Ok lets see if this works
Thanks for the input. Is there an area in particular that you see I may need to pay close attention to? Right now I don't have all of my vits with me and unable to comment on what when why how. I do my weekly vites and take a pack everyday until it is time to refill them again. What would be helpful is if you see something is low to point me in the direction of a vitamin that would help maintain or improve my numbers. I do take three multi vitamins per day and I use whey protien from GNC. I am more concerned that I am getting in the proper amounts of everything. So if you are able to explain the results and clue me in on additional vites that I may need to increase or start taking if not already.
By the way the reason I wasn't taking the Zinc or the Viatmin K was because Dr. K told me it wasn't necessary for me at the time. However, now my numbers have dipped a little so I figure rather than wait on his response to all the labs I would be proactive and begin on my own. Trust me I hear everyone on this board talking about vitamins and what to take and what not to take and how. The bottom line is I listen to my doctor and now its time to get on the DS band wagon and do what I have to do.
Thanks for all your help.
