Vitamin tweaks where to place'em
Hi Guys,
I am tweaking my vitamin schedule a bit, just making changes and wanted to see if I could get placement help.
Current Schedule:
Early Morning
1 Vit C
2 Poly Iron
1 Copper
Morning:
2 Vit A
1 B-complex
2 Calcium Citrate
1 Vit E
1 Multi
1 Nexium
1 Biotin
1 b-12
1 folic acid
Noon
1 multi
1 Vite E
2 Calcium Citrate
2 K-1
1 K2
1 Mag Citrate
Night
1 multi
1 mag Citrate
2 vit D
2 calcium citrate
2 Vit A
1 vit E
Bedtime
4 stool softeners
Will be changing from Poly Iron to Proferrin Es and tender Iron and adding mag.Oxide.. Where should these go? when should I take'em?

You could still do your Tender iron in the early morning. You could pop the Proferrin between Noon and Night. Split it into 2 pieces and take them together. I'm thinking the mag ox could go just about anywhere except with the Tender iron.
