{sigh} no rain here. It was nice enough outside today, I just couldn't get out of the conference room. Your Bites look good. I think I'm seeing more variety. Improvement?

Actually (whispering) I am better. Occasionally I have a bad evening. I do want to venture out a try a few more things,

The rain and cool weather has been a nice break. Supposed to be in the 100's again next week.

How many days in a row over 100 did you wind up having before you got a break?

We've had a total of 46 days and the all time record for the hottest summer is 50. I think we had 22 days straight of 100 or greater. We've had 3 days of 110. It's been bad.

That's just awful.   I wonder what dog people even do?  I guess there are air conditioned training facilities but what about the poor dogs that would like to just go for a walk?  I will try not to complain about Alabama heat and humidity.

I hope you guys get a break.

Don't mind me if this has been asked before, but...shake cake?

I forgot where it started but Becky ended up making some changes.

1scoop chocolate protein powder
1 T dark cocoa
4 T splenda
1 T vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 T oil (or butter) ( original recipe called for 3 T I think)

Mix. Microwave for 35 seconds. I top mine with whipped cream or carbsmart ice cream.

I knw Becky eats several a day.

Hello Gina and everyone else.
I'm still 'off the wagon' but because I've had the DS, at least it is forgiving and I'm not gaining.  I'm trying to get away from thinking I've been bad, but I still kinda do.  At least I only had a sliver of brownie.
Thank goodness there won't be those turtle brownies around tomorrow!

Here is what I've had today and what I plan on having this evening.  I'm going to Red Lobster and going to get the crab bake - yum!
