Maybe I will try and do shakes and one meal with veggie and protein? Something HAS to change ,I have felt SO GOOD about myself, my weight loss etc, but I still want to lose 40 more lbs, 30 for sure. Its just a little scary right now.

I am in the same boat as everyone else but you only have 40 pounds to go. We have four month before we are a year out I am sure you will get down some more but know that I am going through the same emotions as you. I have more than that to lose and the stupid scale isn't moving. I will be fasting next week only consuming liquids for personal reasons but the fast may just get it moving again. I will let you know how it goes. I so want to be out of the 200's but will be happy if I can just see 200. 67 more pounds and I will be there baby!!!! Keep your head up!!!!
