To Gina:  In honor of your FOUR YEAR SURGIVERSARY I am posing here today!  Congrats on your success and thanks for your continued participation here. 

To all others:  Don’t try this at home.  Please keep in mind I am in maintenance.

Breakfast:

Jimmy Dean ham and cheese omelet, extra cheese added

Bacon, 5 slices

Lunch:

2 stand and stuff tacos (hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olive, sour cream, guacamole)
Snack:

Fritos scoops

Seafood dip

Dinner:

Baked chicken breast

Peanut butter potato fries

Japanese broccoli slaw

Dessert:

Ben & Jerry’s Mud Pie ice cream
 

Carbs = 113

Started out okay, but hit a wall...

- protein shake (Muscle Milk)
- cheese
- protein bar
- 2 cheese raviolis, a couple bites of chicken, bite of vegetable lo mein, and some cotage cheese with a peach slice and a few sliced strawberries (bit of hodge-podge of whatever they had in the downstairs cafe...nothing sounded good, and I don't think I ate ALL of anything I took except the fruit!)
- Vietnamese pork eggrolls, orange chicken (yup, battered and sauced), and Rita's custard (actually got a gelati, but the ice stuff wasn't doing it for me, so I just ate the custard off the top)

Still having weird appetite/stomach issues (and some lightheadedness). Went to the doc today, and they're running some bloodwork (including a CMP and CBC even though I just had both run with my annual labs in June)...

Well, since symptoms persisted, I went and did a second home pregnancy test today (this time, the fancy kind from...wait for it...the Dollar Tree!), and it was POSITIVE. So, hopefully, the blood test results will confirm...thank goodness because otherwise, I'm either REALLY sick or completely crazy!

Alright, I'm hungry again - going to go munch on my orange chicken leftovers. Once I get doc's official confirmation, I'll have to hard core focus on my diet!

Gina, congratulations on your surgiversary!!!! You are one amazing, giving woman!

Well, after 8 months I experienced "peeling paint gas pain" last night while at dance class. I decided it was the cantaloupe I ate yesterday afternoon and forgot to include on my bites. Wasn't fun.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey, Swiss, tomato, avocado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: Swiss cheese
D: meatloaf, ceasar salad
S: maybe protein coffee

Votes and fluids on track.
Exercites: cleaned 2 closets top to bottom then mall walked for 1.5 mi. I'm tired but my closets look good.
