Iron question
Currently I am doing vitalady's full schedule, and taking 2 poly-iron 150s a day. But I wanted to see if there was a less constipating form of Iron I could take? I was on her site doing my vitamin order for next month and noticed she has different kinds, and wanted to ask before I placed my order if one was less likely to stop me up. If so how would the dose compare to what I am taking now> Thanks for your help, Staceeann
Here part of my last labs if this makes a difference:

My understanding is that the Proferrin ES is the least constipating followed by the Tender Iron (carbonyl) in capsules. I take 300mg of the Tender in the afternoon and a Proferrin tablet at night. No issues but YMMV.

300mg - That's what I've always heard for bringing you levels up. The Proferrin just gives it an extra nudge and makes your hematocrit and hemoglobin look really nice.
