 I am 4 weeks out, but  I swear, when I am able, I think I'll be eating a pound a day...lol.

On the days that I bake a bunch of bacon, I can usually eat 2-3 pieces at a time, but I am still a baby at only 3 1/2 months out.  I can get in a lb a day though if I eat for for several meals...

Somedays I don't eat any.  Most days I eat 1/2 to full pounds worth.  I eat about 7 pieces at a time.

THE NITRATES IN BACON AT THE LEVELS THAT ARE REPORTED HERE WILL KILL THESE PEOPLE.

just because you dont absorb the fat doesnt mean you dont absorb the nitratrates and salts. and Guy if you take viagra that will crash your blood pressure too.  sudden death comes to mind.  I responded to a ems call at a bbq where the victim took viagra and ate 3 hot dogs.

It varies, but my usual pattern is 6-7 slices at one sitting, once a day, about five times a week :-).

I see these posts from people who ate 2 or 3 slices of bacon.  Haha.  I eat a half a pound of bacon every single day and that is about 7 slices.

I eat my bacon with friend cheese that I make like faux french toast or a 3 egg/cheese omlette.  If I don't have my bacon for breakfast for some reaon I will have it for dinner.  I buy bacon in bulk.  lol.

I can put away the bacon.  Now I just need to learn how to make bacon candy.  I haven't done that yet.
