Had a chuckle after your comment about the paper umbrella, Gina. Thinking I'll dose my shake with rum too.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled egg
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey, cheese, tomato, avocado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: taco with one shell, cheese, avocado, tomato, cilantro, meat
S: maybe a protein coffee

Vites and fluids OK.
Exercites: none...it's my day off.

Evening Ladies!  Hope everyone's weekend went well.  I'm off to Jacksonville tomorrow for 3 days.  I'm staying at the Embassy Suites which has cooked to order breakfast and a Steakhouse for my dinners so all I have to worry about are snacks and lunches...I'm soooo tired of fast food burgers/chicken breasts from chicken sandwiches without the bread....

B - None - cleaned the house from top to bottom and just wasn't hungry
L - 1/2 turkey sub with provolone, light lettuce and tons of mayo on wheat roll (pulled most of the bread off)
S - hard salami slices
S - bacon cheddar hamburger patty
D - Skirt steak with chimichurri sauce
S - 1 oz bag sour cream and onion chips

Vites - All in
Fluids - 68 ozs
Exercites - Putting together a month worth of vitamins in my organizers...must count right?

Is it ok to have broks pizza more than 1x per weekend? it was just easy to make and I had a busy day... plus I maybe had a little too much to drink last night :/

1/2 chicken sandwich (grilled) w/avocado, bacon, tomato & lettuce
iced tea
1oz fage yogurt & blueberries
1 bite of some pulled pork
2 bites scrambled eggs
1/2 costco hotdog
5 chips w/pico de gallo
broks pizza

diet orange

protein shake tomorrow for bfast! my blender STINKS Though and I like them blended so boo to that, and I forgot cream today gah! I knew I forgot something!
