BT and DC in SJ
Lisa was in San Jose last night on her way down south, and we went out for dinner - several years ago, she was in town, and and Alison (another DSer who doesn't post here much anymore) and I were supposed to go out, but something came up that day and I couldn't meet her. This time, we made it, but Alison was away! But we went to Original Joe's in downtown SJ and had fabulous MEAT (prime rib and veal picatta), and then came back to the house for espresso and another couple of hours of chatting.
That is a wonderful thing about these boards - having never met IRL, we were nevertheless like two long-lost friends.
Lisa is on her way to help care for her friend who is finally getting her DS - who helped her 6 years ago when she had to go to Brazil for her DS. Circles of life!
