I guess I am a little slow, but what happened to Gagner doing the second half?  If you are going to have to pay out of pocket and he did your first half sounds like he would be the one to finish the job.

I am not going to self-pay, still need OHIP coverage. Dr. Gagner has cancelled 6 times since last October. I really can't wait any longer... I am asking OHIP if I can see Dr. Kemmeter as I can't find anyone who does revisions on their OOC list.
