Buy something new that a sales person says fits just right and looks great on you for this interview. You deserve it!

It's interesting how our mind plays tricks on us. Boy, huge difference between a 16R and a 12P

Gail,

Please get rid of anything that has to be rolled up or safety pinned.  There are lots of overweight women who would love to find those clothes at your local charity thrift store.

Then go buy some nice new clothes that fit!!  Not a ton, because you are still losing.  But some.

I bought clothes often as I lost, but mostly from thrift stores.

Can't wait to hear what you buy.

Believe it ior not, I have already donated 14 bags/boxes of clothes. Sad isn't it. A ton of sizes.

I agree, Gail. You should go out and find you an amazing new outfit that fits your new figure. You deserve it - look how far you have come!
Step away from the big girl stuff - you are no longer one.

Meh. I've been having a bad few days for eating. Today is 2nd day eating on a 6 oz sirloin. I just don't want to eat protein, but I do want to eat something. That explains the popcorn and M&Ms. What I really want is a pint of Ben & Jerry's I'm going to resist the urge.

BITES
Breakfast: Generic - Double Protein Shake

Lunch: (Still eating lunch, plan to fini**** off for dinner.)
Diet Snapple Tea
2 oz Sirloin Steak (from Tahoe Joe's)
Baked Potato, Small 3 oz.
Butter - Unsalted, 2 tbsp
Sour Cream, 1.5 TBSP
Couple bites of green beans with onions and bacon.

Dinner: Last 2 oz of Sirloin Steak
Syntrax Nectar - Cappuccino Protein Drink

Snacks: Double Protein Shake
M&M's - Peanut
Trader Joe's cheese popcorn

Totals: 1,882 calories; 80 net carbs, 100 fat; 169 protein.

Vites: first 2 done, evening and bedtime pending.
Fluids: only about 40 ounces water so far
Exercise: Will do 30 minutes on treadmill planned (C 2 5K training); if I feel like it will also do elliptical trainer or bike for 30 minutes.

One of my friends on the LW board says she orders steak rare. At the restaurant she can eat around the edges and take home the rest. She reheats and continues to eat around the edges until she finishes it but the steak doesn't get so over cooked. lol  I thought it was a cute trick.
