Wow that was super fast! Approval and a date all within a few days. Surgery is literally a couple weeks away. Mines is Sept. 6, and I'm starting to get that "numb" feeling. Not sure how to feel, I guess until you're on the darkside.

Thanks! Yeah it seemed as though nothing was moving... and now it is like lightening speed... Nuts!!! I feel like I want to get those first 2 weeks over with (Hell Weeks) and then on to making my life the best it can be... After having this band... I feel like this is my second chance and I dont want to screw it up! Best of luck to you as well!!! I will be looking for you on the Dark Side!

Congratz!!

You must be really excited! I know I was during the week before surgery, heck they couldn't get me wheeled in to the OR fast enough :) Keep us posted once you're switched and at home.

Terrific! Thanks for asking :) I think my biggest complaint is not being able to eat as much as my eyes are hungry for. It's something that takes getting used to but I am LOVING my DS! Being educated has helped so much. All the little bumps in the road are expected so they're easier to handle. I don't know what I would do without this forum :)
