VitaLady's Plan Question
I bought her starter kit (not the chewable) and just set up my vites according to her schedule. I've been on her full schedule since last week. I have to say though that I have a bottle of chewable iron from Baratric Advantage and I like them better than the Tender Iron. Once I finish this bottle of chewables I'm switching to Tender Iron though. Once I get my first set of labs I'll adjust accordingly.
I thought the chewables would be the way to go early out, but really the capsules don't have a weird smell and go down better. Stay down better... disperse and get absorbed better.
IMO I would get capsules on everything possible. To me tablets are too hard, capsules break down easier in our tummy and since I have never seen a capsule come out in one piece... as I have seen my ultra hard horse pill tablet vitamin C do... I think capsules are the way to go. But that is just from my experiences.
