I love it, but worry enough about the cash flow, that I'm looking for a job. Our financial adviser advises that I work 3 more years which was the original plan. We ll see how it all plays out.

HI Guys, so I had a whine this morning about only losing a pound this week but I got my whiny hiney to the gym anyway and kept on track today which is a good thing.
B - double scoop choc shake (46g)
S - low carb wrap with mayo, pepperoni, turkey and cheese, iced coffee with HC and splenda (20g)
L - jumbo shrimp dipped in caesar mayo, diet coke (20g)
S - piece feta, italian cheese and sausage frittata and another diet coke (15g)
S2 (dinner was gonna be v late) protein bar and coffee (18g)
D - piece blackened salmon and chilli lime garlic shrimp on a caesar salad, diet coke (45g)
Total protein = 164g

Have a great tuesday and sorry about the missing carrots Gina!! lol

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Hey Gina. I'm making a 3 days in a row record on here.

Bites: I've just been grazing all day on the following:

2 protein coffees
Lox roll ups = lox wrapped with a little cream cheese on tomato and red onions
eggs. I've had about half a dozen today
almonds, aprox 1/2 cup
swiss cheese
1 can tuna with salad
cheese burger

vites: still have 1 of 4 handfulls left

Exercites: burned 500 calories on my elliptical.

I went to Chuck E Cheese with the boys for dinner today.  Their new pizza receipe is actually pretty good.  The old stuff they used to have tasted like cardboard, lol.
