HI GUys, not a bad day all in all, had walk round the lake and went to the farmers market and then spent time by the pool.
B - cheese omelette with 3 strips bacon
L - cheese cubes, pepperoni, pickles and a few wholewheat ritz
S - some shrimp and some BBQ chicken chunks
D - red snapper with mango pica de gallo, green beans in garlic butter
S - fluff

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Hi Gina and everyone,
I ate the last few bites of chocolate cake and dumped all the other carb stuff the kids had in the house.
Lazy day...did nothing!

B: bacon, double protein shake
L: 1/2 thin bun, turkey, Swiss, tomato, avocado
S: last bites of chocolate cake.....GONE!
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: hot dogs
S: plan protein coffee....my new addiction!
