Cajun boiled peanuts are my weakness...... And I can't find them in NJ unless I order them frozen and then they aren't the same.... I'm soooo uberly jealous lol

hey gina, still thinking about your chocolate donut.  yummmm.  i did good protein wise today.  really proud of myself.

double protein coffee
7 slices of turkey bacon
1 slice gf toast w/butter
lunch with girlfriend:
7 oz of grilled salmon
sauteed mushrooms
3 forkful of baked potato
cashews
tgi fridays for dinner w/hubs
appetizers - bacon & cheese from potato skins
fried green bean (pulled the beans out of breading)
grilled chicken breast w/ cheese, bacon, pickles, onion straws, & bbq sauce
pistachios
2" x 4" pc of cheese cake
getting ready to fix a protein coffee

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime

Hey,

Note: in my last post I forgot to mrntion that two of my morning coffees are protein.

Bites:
B:protein coffee, more coffee, 4 hard boiled eggs, egg salad with ww toast
S:protein coffee, apple
L: fried chicken thigh, pork rib and a few fries
S: salad with 2 oz shredded cheese
D: broiled cod, steamed veggies with ranch

Vites: 4 handfulls as always

exercites: 4 mile walk
